How to shortlist and organise talent
Shortlist people you like, put them in lists, tag them and track them on the Pipeline board.
Steps
- In Discover, open a profile and choose Shortlist, or select several and use Shortlist in the bar at the bottom.
- Choose Add to list to put people in a list, or + New list to start one.
- Select profiles and choose More to add a tag.
- Open the Pipeline tab to see people by status and move them along.
- Choose Export CSV to download a list.
Good to know
- Lists and tags are shared with your whole agency.
