1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are between you and FYND (“FYND”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of the FYND website and apps: comp cards for talent, and search, messaging, casting calls and roster tools for agencies. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use FYND

You must be at least 18 years old. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and do not create accounts for anyone under 18. You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your content

You own your photos, text and other content. You give FYND permission to host it and show it as you choose: a comp card is visible to anyone with its link once you publish it, and visible in agency search only if you choose to be found. You promise that you have the right to share everything you upload, that the people in your photos are you, and that your content is lawful and not misleading. You can unpublish or delete your content at any time.

4. What you must not do

• Pretend to be someone else, or upload someone else’s photos.
• Upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, or that shows anyone under 18.
• Harass, spam, scam or pressure other people. Agencies must not ask talent for fees, nude or lingerie photos, or personal financial details.
• Scrape FYND, bypass its limits, or try to break into it.
• Use FYND to advertise anything that is not a genuine modeling, acting or creative opportunity.

5. Agencies

Agencies must be real businesses or individuals who represent or book talent. Agencies must respect the limits and blocks that talent set, may message only through FYND, and are responsible for their team members’ use of their account. We may switch off an agency that breaks these terms.

6. Messages and casting calls

Messages and applications are between the people in the conversation. FYND does not guarantee that anyone will reply, book or sign anyone, and is not a party to any agreement between talent and an agency. Check an opportunity carefully before you share personal details or travel. If something seems wrong, block and report it.

7. Paid plans

Talent accounts are free. Agencies can pay for a Pro plan. Plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing page and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number. Prices are shown before you pay.

8. Taking things down

We review reports and may remove content, disable a card or switch off an account that breaks these terms or puts people at risk, with or without notice. You can delete your own account at any time.

9. No guarantees

FYND is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not promise any result, such as bookings, views or signings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, FYND is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from dealings between users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months and 100 US dollars, except where the law does not allow this limit.

11. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if the change matters we will tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using FYND after that, you accept the new terms. You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where FYND is established, and disputes go to the courts there, unless your local law gives you other rights. Questions: [email protected].
